The Connealy Family
Hello, we're the Connealys!
We're a 6th generation ranching family, and our roots in the Nebraska Sandhills run deep. Let us introduce ourselves.

It began with Grandma Donnie's ancestors in the late 1800s. Nearly 80 years later, Donnie and Grandpa Marty Connealy purchased the first head of Angus cattle from West Virginia and brought them back to their small ranch south of Whitman, Nebraska. Marty and Donnie had seven children, the third of whom is Jerry Connealy.
Jerry and Sharon Connealy met in an Economics class at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and moved back to the Connealy Ranch in 1981. Since then, they have grown the Connealy purebred mama cow herd from 70 to 3,000 head of purebred Angus cows and have established Connealy Angus as one of the notable Angus operations in the entire world.

Jerry and Sharon have four children: Jed, Ben, Hannah and Gabriel. While Ben opted for the nearly perfect climate and robust city culture of San Diego, Jed & his wife Jais and four kids, Hannah and her three kids, and Gabriel, wife Becca & their three kids have all returned to the ranch and are involved in various capacities.
